You know that 5K we talked about???

I did start training.  For 2 days.  I ran or jogged from the beginning of our driveway to the end of our street.  And it probably took all of 3 minutes.  And I was exhausted.  That was a couple of weeks ago.

I just can't run for 15 minutes straight (which is what the first plan recommended) because I'm not that tough or strong.  Then Becky sent me an email with this plan.  Maybe I can still be a 5K runner.  Someday. :)
